My granddaughter who is 8 was enthralled from start to finish she said it was the best water park she had ever been to. We all had an absolute wonderful time there and there were some very nice quiet areas to sit for a chill out. It was very easy to pay for things as they took cash or card. The arm bands they gave us we couldn't get to work to pay for stuff but it didn't spoil the day. At the end of the day we walked round the sea life section.

Really great water park and wasn't that busy. Loads of sun loungers. Food was really expensive and understandably the showers were busy at closing time, so plan for that. A fantastic day out and seamlessly arranged through the Headout app.

Staff at both venues were extremely strict on height. My son was literally half a cm below the height restrictions and was refused at all rides. Zero common sense applied by staff. Prices inside the venues are absolutely extortionate. They provide slip on water shoes at the water park that break apart after 30mins. Do your homework and be prepared

Headout was wonderful to purchase tickets from. A good deal and fast and easy to get. the water park was great, although there were some pretty long lines before the most popular slides and to make the entrance fee worth while we needed to move on to lesser popular slides. That was a bummer, but for the rest it was great. Good food too!

Despite the variety of attractions and cleanliness of the park, we encountered service issues. Upon entering the changing room, we accidentally dropped our swim trunks. When we noticed they were missing, we sought assistance from park administration. However, our requests to review security cameras and help locate the missing trunks went unanswered. We had to purchase replacements from the park store for nearly $100, which somewhat dampened our overall experience. I advise future visitors to be cautious with their belongings and not rely on staff assistance in case of problems.

Very Easy to use just open app and get tickets scanned and we were in. Theme park was almost empty no real ques only short one for the rides the school bus of kids wanted to go on . All indoors and cool from heat of summer. Few good rides but nothing that stood out from previous theme parks we did all of it in 4-5 hours. Aquavenure was busy despite heat lockers tiny long ques as they prioritise fast pass customers above everything leading to longer waiting times In scorching conditions if only they would do one priority and one normal it would help massivly. They give you water socks but my and children's feet were burning on the hot floor . Amazing lazy river with rapids on the best and that's including all the water parks in Florida. Good selection of slides for all family and levels of extremity.

It is a big water park with acces to the beach also. There are activities for small and big children. It is safe, a lot of staff there for our safety. The food is good. You can spend easily all day there. Very organised in the weekend with the connecting buss from parking to the water park and opposite. I bought the tickets online from Headout, very easy system to buy and in few minutes I got the tickets on the email. It was very good day and I wish to go back soon.

Have to say, I have not had any issues with tickets purchased through Headout, it's been super easy. Especially that I can still get to my tickets even if I'm not connected to internet. That makes it great! We had a really good time at Aquaventure, although we arrived just before 1pm which was way too late. The park was really busy so ride queuing times were nuts. This was our fault obviously for not getting there when the park opened so we could actually do justice to the park. What would be great in future is if Headout had a few more ticket combo options (water park + dolphin swim for e.g.). We did buy the water park + aquarium tickets which was still really good.

An unique experience. Mandatory Express Line, about 180 dirhams, but you don't have to wait in line at the slides. It's worth all the money. Otherwise you find yourself sitting for half an hour. You have to arrive in the morning at the opening, to use all tour time.

Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.

The food and drinks are very expensive for family , the rides were not enough for my 2 and 4 years old kids, even though the price is same like for adult ticket for my 4 years old child, he had only 3-4 rides in the park which he had to be accompanied with parent, we were expecting more rides but actually park was smaller than I thought

We have purchased tickets when we get to the waterpark front door. While I expected to get the tickets as soon as I purchase them, it tooks abt 20-30 minutes. Waiting for the tickes there under the very hot sun and humid climate was so difficult that we even decided to take tickets from the park and forgot our purchase. Regardless of the that waiting, the whole experience was very good and we enjoyed our they there.

I waited for an hour for my first set of tickets. I contacted you online support 3 times to the tickets. It's unsettling to pay online and one does not receive tickets almost immediately. When I paid for my second ticket I was given a discount that was less than the AED 92 that I was promised from my first purchase. This is not right because then I didn't get may full cash back and yet that's what I was entitled to . The second ticket I bought however can immediately after I paid.

The park is incredible. I recommend taking towels and a cell phone case - they're very expensive inside the park. If you want to enjoy it more, I recommend buying a skip-the-line pass.

Headout was wonderful to purchase tickets from. A good deal and fast and easy to get. the water park was great, although there were some pretty long lines before the most popular slides and to make the entrance fee worth while we needed to move on to lesser popular slides. That was a bummer, but for the rest it was great. Good food too!

I was very reluctant to use headout at first but then thought of giving it a go. I had booked combo tickets of IMG and ski dubai with great discounts. I had the best experience with headout. Everything was so simple from booking to the entry into the attractions. I will definitely use this again.

We loved our trip tovthe waterpark weve been a few times now and every time has been amazing full of family fun and many memories have been made. Buying the tickets was easy and it saved us having to join the queues to pay on the gates.

Despite the variety of attractions and cleanliness of the park, we encountered service issues. Upon entering the changing room, we accidentally dropped our swim trunks. When we noticed they were missing, we sought assistance from park administration. However, our requests to review security cameras and help locate the missing trunks went unanswered. We had to purchase replacements from the park store for nearly $100, which somewhat dampened our overall experience. I advise future visitors to be cautious with their belongings and not rely on staff assistance in case of problems.

The dolphin experince is more comercial. We were here at the Atlantis on dolphin 10 years ago, and then we had the chance to play with the dolphin with the ball, and Kiss the dolphin. Now we just touched it and they took pictures and nothing impressive. The experience with Headout site was great, and for sure we will recomand and use the site again.

My experience at Burj Khalifa At the Top was absolutely breathtaking. The view from Level 124 & 125 is unparalleled, offering a stunning perspective of Dubai’s skyline. The observation deck was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

The ticket to the view of the palm - wasn't an option to buy kids tickets. Then when we got there, the ticket said 1 kid under 12 free with each adult ticket, but that wasn't the case. I had to buy the kids tickets

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

Burj Khalifa s an engineering marvel and grand in nature. Anyone who comes to Dubai surely visits it. Headout experience was amazing, very easy to choose currency, location, type of ticket. While others in queue took a while to purchase the ticket, it was a simple QR code scan at the ticket counter for me and quick handover of physical ticket. Loved it!

We visited burj khalifa at 9.30 pm. It wasn't very crowded. The booking process was really easy. For your convenient be present al least 20 minutes earlier to make sure you're on time. The experience was amazing and definitely recommended

Burj Khalifa is the most popular place in Dubai. But the safari trip with driver Hamood is something wonderful. Hamood is a very good person and a very good driver. I highly recommend!

It was a hassle free experience in these destinations with respect to tickets.The discount given by headout was really appreciable.We enjoyed Dubai Aquarium and zoo very much.At the top Burj khalifa was a different experience of viewing Dubai at such great height.On the whole the trip was awesome.We also didnot miss to watch the fountain show.

Unfortunately stood in line for an hour. About the time on the ticket/not relevant for admission. Only those with VIP tickets were allowed in without waiting (no one told us). Moderate check-in, way too many people for the room. Two elevators for 5000 people a day is a joke!

We loved being up on levels 234 and 125. We were not impressed at the length of time we spent lining up despite having booked for 5 and being there 30 minutes early. We missed the sunset. Either too many people were booked st that time or the times were not checked. It was a long time in a queue with little care re if anyone was t feeling well etc.
