The waterpark is open from 9:30am to 6pm every day.

Keep your valuables safe in a locker while you're on the slides. Lockers are available for rent for a small fee.

The rides may not be suitable for expecting mothers, or those with neck, back, joint, heart problems, or physical limitations. Also, guests with casts, bandages, or contagious diseases cannot participate in rides.
Most rides have a height minimum of 3.9, but there are a few that recommend strong swimmers only. There are also height restrictions on some slides at Poseidon's Tower, so be sure to check the signs before you get in line.
For safety reasons, selfie sticks, GoPros, and other action cameras aren't allowed on the slides. If you want to take your phone on a ride, make sure it's in a secure waterproof pouch, except for the Vortex body slide.
You should be a strong swimmer to participate in most of the rides, especially the high-thrill ones. Be sure to follow the instructions and ride at your own pace.
