- The main Burj Khalifa entrance will take you to Levels 124 & 125. To get to this entrance, take the exit from the Dubai Mall’s lower ground floor and head towards the Burj Khalifa elevator.
- The elevator will take you directly to At The Top. Both levels host observation decks that provide a bird’s eye view of Dubai’s cityscape.
- The observation deck on Level 124 is 453 meters above the ground; you can also use high-powered telescopes here to get a more immersive experience.

- The way to get to At The Top SKY (Level 148) is to take the world’s fastest elevator from Level 124 and head to the top.
- If you’re planning to visit Level 148, you would have to book tickets that specifically provide access to At The Top SKY; a standard ticket only provides access to Levels 124 & 125.
- Enjoy Level 148 with its highest outdoor observation deck in the world, at a height of 555 meters.
