Hi it was magical experience from start to finish being put on the boat and getting off staff was excellent and really nice people to talk to plus we were put at a table with another family which I didn't like at first but I really enjoyed the company with other people everyone was really nice I would highly recommend it and I would do it again plus food was 👌

Very nice cruise and buffet food with great variety of foods. The only thing I did not like was the tour taken from the ship with only a view of ain Dubai (the wheel) and the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina. I thought it went at least as far as the atlantis to see the most beautiful part of Dubai at night, but all in all a good experience

The timely response of the host shoaib was excellent, he ensured we are comfortable. We were given the corner seating on the top which was wonderful for a clear view of the skyline . Shoaib ensured we were well taken care including the buffet . Thanks to shoaib and team in making this a memorable one .will definitely recommend this to friends and family .

The cruise experience was great but I faced a lot of issue with pist booking customer service. I had paid for the cruise with transfers and had guven my residence address at the time of booking on headout. Until the last day, nobody contacted me about pick up time. I contacted headout on live chat and they told me to get in touch with Rayna Tours. At Rayna Tours, they said that they will not be able to pick us up from home as it's too far off. This was not mentioned anywhere on the product page that pick up will be from selected spots only. This caused alot of confusion and I had to drive 1 hr away to the hotel from where cruise driver picked us up.

Omg 😍.. it's the best experience ever ,the ticket was so easy to book had no issue. Got to the boat and all the staff was very nice and attentive✨️. The food was good🤪, the entertainment was delightful, it was the best part and I was invited to dance💃and interact with the performer 👌 . The cruise experience was great but I faced a lot of issue with pist booking customer service.
I had paid for the cruise with transfers and had guven my residence address at the time of booking on headout. Until the last day, nobody contacted me about pick up time. I contacted headout on live chat and they told me to get in touch with Rayna Tours. At Rayna Tours, they said that they will not be able to pick us up from home as it's too far off. This was not mentioned anywhere on the product page that pick up will be from selected spots only.
This caused alot of confusion and I had to drive 1 hr away to the hotel from where cruise driver picked us up.
