The ticketing was amazing. We chose to go early so there were no lines at all . The bathrooms were very clean the entire garden was so well kept. We had coffee and then snacks, did some shopping and walked almost the entire garden. A truly amazing experience.loved it !

I visited miracle garden with my mom, its a nice flower park, where u can make a lot of nice pictures. Also a lot of food and drink stands. In general a nice visit. We purchased the skip the line tickets and advice u to do the same. Have fun.

The experience in the desert was fantastic. The Miracle Garden was amazing but the butterfly garden wasn't so. The last station inside of the butterfly garden was good because there's a lot of butterflies flying around you. Except that the other stations seems like into a normal zoo.

However there was no option for adding the free tickets for children under 3yrs/senior citizens/people of determination... Very nice experience This walking tour in Venice was the absolute highlight of my vacation in Venice. We walked through the less touristy parts of the city and was taken through inside alleys - quiet and authentic. I especially liked area around Campo Santa Margarita which has a huge local population going about their daily lives. Our guide, Marco was highly knowledgeable with an undertone of humour, which kept us in high spirts throughout the 2 hour long walk. He even showed us gelato spots that are not on the tourist radar and I must say, they were so much tastier than the ones on St Mark's Square! I'd recommend wearing walking shoes because there's a lot to walk and a couple of steep bridges to go about.

The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.

As underwater zoo and aquarium is inside the mall it is very small compared to the price with in 45 mins you can complete the visit. It was not clearly described/marked where the tour starts and where it ends. This created false expectations: 1. start of the tour in the aquarium, but then no indication of where the tour continues (on the 2nd floor). 2. no clear directions/tour on the 2nd floor. Arrows on the floor would have made the tour easier. At every second gate it said "exit" which implies the expectation that this is the exit before the tour is over. A different name would be more appropriate here (e.g. proceeed tour). You get lost too quickly in the various rooms.

Tickets and Fast Pass worked flawlessly. You can use the etickets directly at the entrance gate and then redeem the Fast Pass at the Guest Services area inside entrance gate. We went on a weekday right when the park opened, so the Fast Pass really was not necessarily for the first couple of hours until queues starting forming for the more popular rides. Fun rides for kids and adults of all ages. Roller coasters were thrilling and top notch.

We stayed at Dukes The Palm hotel for 7 days in November with a large family. We liked the hotel very much, especially the sea. I loved visiting the View at the Palm! The ticketing process was smooth from head out and the advanced emails let me know exactly what to expect. The meeting place in the address unfortunately didn't line up with the destination but I ended up in the right place and got that all squared up. Otherwise, the experience was amazing! The next level is truly an amazing addition to the experience that gives you an open, 360 view! Most other tall building experiences keep you enclosed or behind glass that often makes pictures blurry. This wasn't the case! The supporting information presentations and dispalys are excellent. It extends the visit and makes it more than "just a view" At the end of the day it is just a view and it was searing hot - so you did not want to stay outside too long. Thus I would give it a "good" not "excellent" rating

Started so well with very courteous and helpful receptionist Avi. The Two bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean with great view of Palm Jumeirah. And top of it all the breakfast was very delicious, the staff and manager were very helpful. Overall amazing experience staying here.

One upsetting thing was that Dubai Creek Park refused to accept cash for Park entry ticket and asked us to Purchase the same via card which was not mentioned in terms in condition before. I also complained about the same to Dubai Dolphinarium management.

The show was very good. kids enjoyed a lot. In my opinion 45 mins is short and should be at least 1 hour. There are anyway 3 shows in a day. VIP ticket was way too expensive and entry to creek park cost 20 AED per person which was unnecessary.

Both the seal and the dolphin show were a spectacle! My 6 year old enjoyed it and so did his parents :) Do reach 20 minutes earlier at the gate as one needs to take entry tickets for Children's Park plus take physical tickets at the counter. We try online to avoid queues, which means I need not wait and my reservation is confirmed. But still I had to wait on the same queue as people who have not reserved. There was no info about seat numbers at the time of booking or getting the physical tickets but when entered they are asking to follow seat numbers. If that's the case I would have preferred the front seat. The representative guiding to the seats was so unpleasant. He didn't let us sit in the front when there were empty seats and people occupied themselves. He was rude my kids also. Satisfactory was the show. Worth every single fills spent. It was a great show.

Overall it was a good time pass but it was a little more crowded than I thought. Children shouting and people talking in loud voice really disturbed our experience. Also, every room was depicting some message. A guide or notes would be nice to understand what's going on. Loved the overall ambiance and the works.

Experience itself was fantastic. Ticket service with headout though, was not. When buying, NOWHERE is mentioned that it takes up to 30 mins to get your tickets. So we were 5 mins away from the AYA entrance and had to wait for over 30 minutes (because yes, even after 30 mins the tickets dis not arrive) to enter. Also, the support chat was unreachbale, i did not receive any answer. Also no reply by mail. After I think 40 minutes we received our tickets. So this was a very very bad experience with bullshit customer service

At both places everything went smoothly, there were no technical problems. The Frame is worth seeing, that was OK, I will recommend it to everyone. I expected more from the AYA. It was supposed to be a place to calm down even some romms' names relate to that but the music was excessively loud and at times the lights were also rather disturbing, flashing directly in your eyes. The passport given at AYA might be OK for children but most adults, I suppose throw them away quickly which makes a lot of waste.
