One upsetting thing was that Dubai Creek Park refused to accept cash for Park entry ticket and asked us to Purchase the same via card which was not mentioned in terms in condition before. I also complained about the same to Dubai Dolphinarium management.

The show was very good. kids enjoyed a lot. In my opinion 45 mins is short and should be at least 1 hour. There are anyway 3 shows in a day. VIP ticket was way too expensive and entry to creek park cost 20 AED per person which was unnecessary.

Both the seal and the dolphin show were a spectacle! We try online to avoid queues, which means I need not wait and my reservation is confirmed. But still I had to wait on the same queue as people who have not reserved. There was no info about seat numbers at the time of booking or getting the physical tickets but when entered they are asking to follow seat numbers. If that's the case I would have preferred the front seat. The representative guiding to the seats was so unpleasant. He didn't let us sit in the front when there were empty seats and people occupied themselves. He was rude my kids also. Satisfactory was the show. Worth every single fills spent. It was a great show.

The booking process with Headout was incredibly smooth. We opted for the meet-and-greet option at 6:20 PM, which included VIP seats for the Dolphin & Seal Show. However, the show was scheduled for 5:00 PM (6.20PM is the timing for the Meet & Greet), which was not clearly mentioned. Thankfully, the team at Dubai Dolphinarium was kind enough to issue us tickets for the next day. The show was amazing. The dolphin encounter lasted only 10 minutes, and our dolphin, Bella, seemed a bit unsettled as her baby was nearby. She frequently went to check on the baby and was also distracted by some loud noises, which unfortunately led to an accidental mishap where my son fell into the water. We were a bit disappointed with the photo and video process. Despite the ease with which they could have shared all the videos, we were given only one photograph and a 7-second video. The dolphin show was amazing. I went there with the entire family and we all had a wonderful experience. It is easy to see why the dolphins are one of the most loved animals. The tricks they were performing were simply stunning - the dives, tails flicks, tricks, volleyball, dancing with the trainers, it was all a joy to watch. I will surely recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing family experience in Dubai.

We purchased our dolphinarium tickets on the morning of the show. We were split between Atlantis and the dolphinarium but we chose this as it was closer to us and cheaper as well. The show was amazing, the tricks, the moves, the dance, ball games, everything was brilliant. It is an amazing feeling to watch these animals perform and I will surely recommend this to everyone looking for a unique family experience.
