Old Dubai
Located on the ground floor of the Dubai Frame, this museum takes visitors on a journey back in time to explore the history and culture of Dubai. Through interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations, and historical artifacts, visitors can learn about the transformation of Dubai's origins which were steeped in Bedouin culture, pearling traditions, and trade.
Present Dubai
Using the lift, you will whizz 492 feet in under 80 seconds to the Sky Deck at the top of the Dubai Frame. On the 48th floor, the Skydeck in Dubai offers a unique view of the city's past and present. It's not like a typical museum, but visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai's skyline from here. On one side lies the historic area of Deira, while on the other are the modern, sleek skyscrapers that have come to be associated with Dubai on the other.
Future Dubai
Situated on the other side of the Dubai Frame, the Future Dubai Museum, offers a glimpse into the city's ambitious plans and projects for the future. In a vortex tunnel, special effects make it feel like a time machine, whisking you to Dubai 50 years in the future. With augmented reality, you'll see flying taxis and futuristic buildings straight out of a sci-fi movie.
UAE’s ambitious Mars Mission plan and the future ruler of Dubai are also included in this exhibit.
