The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

The experience was fantastic. Best place whether you are alone, couple or family. Start from 4th floor, take the lift and go down till the basement. I would like to note that the price is bit too much for the size of the place but again this just be me coming from middle class. Oh one more thing, car parking is on the opposite side. Park in shopping mall basement. 1hr. Parking is free but you can extend it to 3hrs. from the security guard at the exit of Green Planet. Happy trip!

Hi, Your service is authentic and convenient to travellers like us. We enjoyed all .But still I suggest , In under water zoo and Acqurium nothing is very special than the creation, the marine technology and spacing of all in one place like boating , diving etc ., ( for experience ) and the price is high for small experience there . I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.

Don't know why Dubai Safari Park is not in Top 5 recommended tourist places of Dubai, this place is awesome not just for families & kids but bachelors as well. From the beginning till the end, we enjoyed it a lot especially the Explorer Safari. The place is neat & clean and has an amazing vibe to it. I highly recommend booking a ticket that includes the 35 minute guided tour of explorer safari.

Such a lovely way to see such beautiful animals...ALMOST in the wild! The venue is lovely,but with 3 baby grandsons, not allowing buggies in, for instance, the gorilla station when it was pretty empty is not very helpful. Queuing to see the much loved camels with my granddaughter was heart breaking as you now,,,without any notice,,,make us pay an EXTRA charge! I can understand it for the kids card etc...but the camels are part of the safari.

We were very surprised by Dubai Safari Park with its scale and beauty. This park has many wonderful animals, as well as places where you can simply walk surrounded by nature. We were especially struck by the size of an adult hippopotamus, although his pavilion is not located in a particularly remarkable place and we almost passed by it. We also bought Safari Journey - the bus stopped at each animal for a very short time, so you need to have time to take videos and photos. But we had a great time. It's a pity that it is so far from the town and the city bus ride takes a long time, but this did not affect our impressions at all. Thank you so much for a awesome day!

Crowd management is horrible. Waited in queue for 2 hours to reach the top. Once I reached the top my mom couldn't enjoy the view and she had severe leg pain standing. There are more senior citizens and kids visiting. They should make some seating arrangements on the way. Or they should have a cap per timeslot. At the top you hardly get place to sit peacefully and take photographs. People everywhere!

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

Unfortunately stood in line for an hour. About the time on the ticket/not relevant for admission. Only those with VIP tickets were allowed in without waiting (no one told us). Moderate check-in, way too many people for the room. Two elevators for 5000 people a day is a joke!

We loved being up on levels 234 and 125. We were not impressed at the length of time we spent lining up despite having booked for 5 and being there 30 minutes early. We missed the sunset. Either too many people were booked st that time or the times were not checked. It was a long time in a queue with little care re if anyone was t feeling well etc.

While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

Even with skip the line tickets, we waited in queues, tour groups were given preference and by the time we reached the top, the sun had set. Disappointing for the visitors accompanying me.

I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.

I went first to aquarium and it was very well organised but then stayed about 3 hours at queue to the Top and fully tired when was at top.
