You can book tickets for three major Jebel Jais activities: Jebel Jais Flight [single zipline tour], Jais Sky Tour (closed during the summer), and Jais Sledder.

Let’s break down the ticket options

  1. With the Jebel Jais Flight Ticket, you can purchase just the Jais Flight tickets or upgrade your tickets to include a meal at 1484 by Puro. 
  2. The Jebel Jais Sledder ticket allows you to choose between 1 and 3 flights. If you purchase more than one flight, you will have to complete all of them on the same day.
  3. If you want a simple experience at Jebel Jais, then the Flight ticket, which is AED 385, is the best option for you. While the flight will take a total of 3-4 minutes, the entire experience including reporting to the launchpad, harnessing your safety equipment, etc. will be for an hour. 
  4. The Jais Sky Tour is closed during the summer. The tickets for this attraction as well as the combo tickets options with the Jais Flight and Jais Sledder will be available from Oct 1, 2024. 

How do you choose your Jebel Jais ticket?

  1. If you want a simple experience at Jebel Jais, then the Flight ticket, which is AED 385, is the best option for you. While the flight will take a total of 3-4 minutes, the entire experience including reporting to the launchpad, harnessing your safety equipment, etc. will be for an hour. To have the full Jebel Jais experience, for an additional AED50, you can upgrade your ticket to a Flight + Sledder experience. The duration of the entire experience along with the sledder will be 1.5 to 2 hours. This option is ideal for people who can spend half a day here. 
  2. The sledder experience is only for 8 minutes and costs AED 50. Since you are traveling far to Jebel Jais, why not combine it with the Jais Flight (AED385)?

You can upgrade your Flight experience with a meal voucher at 1484 by Puro, an upscale restaurant nestled in the Hajar mountains. During the summer season, the Jais Flight will operate with a maximum of 11 people per slot. The time slots for the Jais Flight are 10:30am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm.

Jebel Jais is 160 km north of Dubai and it takes 2.5 to 3 hours to travel there by car. So it is best to book your tickets online well in advance and plan your trip and zipline activities accordingly.
