My granddaughter who is 8 was enthralled from start to finish she said it was the best water park she had ever been to. We all had an absolute wonderful time there and there were some very nice quiet areas to sit for a chill out. It was very easy to pay for things as they took cash or card. The arm bands they gave us we couldn't get to work to pay for stuff but it didn't spoil the day. At the end of the day we walked round the sea life section.

We had a memorable family time in the Aquiarium. Seeing the sharks, Ray's and fish face to face was amazing a great experience. My Grandson enjoyed the Sand Tiger Sharks, Giant Groupers, Jelly fish and the Rays.. The visit seemed to short. But we all enjoyed the experience .

The ticket purchase via Headout was uncomplicated and quick. I bought the tickets with a discount of over 60% - a great offer. The aquarium is okay. If I had paid the full admission price, I would have been disappointed. You can get through all the rooms within 30 minutes. The aquariums are beautifully designed and there are lots of different species to see.

Have to say, I have not had any issues with tickets purchased through Headout, it's been super easy. Especially that I can still get to my tickets even if I'm not connected to internet. That makes it great! We had a really good time at Aquaventure, although we arrived just before 1pm which was way too late. The park was really busy so ride queuing times were nuts. This was our fault obviously for not getting there when the park opened so we could actually do justice to the park. What would be great in future is if Headout had a few more ticket combo options (water park + dolphin swim for e.g.). We did buy the water park + aquarium tickets which was still really good.

An unique experience. Mandatory Express Line, about 180 dirhams, but you don't have to wait in line at the slides. It's worth all the money. Otherwise you find yourself sitting for half an hour. You have to arrive in the morning at the opening, to use all tour time.

Staff at both venues were extremely strict on height. My son was literally half a cm below the height restrictions and was refused at all rides. Zero common sense applied by staff. Prices inside the venues are absolutely extortionate. They provide slip on water shoes at the water park that break apart after 30mins. Do your homework and be prepared

A good deal and fast and easy to get. the water park was great, although there were some pretty long lines before the most popular slides and to make the entrance fee worth while we needed to move on to lesser popular slides. When we noticed they were missing, we sought assistance from park administration. However, our requests to review security cameras and help locate the missing trunks went unanswered. Very Easy to use just open app and get tickets scanned and we were in. Theme park was almost empty no real ques only short one for the rides the school bus of kids wanted to go on . All indoors and cool from heat of summer. Few good rides but nothing that stood out from previous theme parks we did all of it in 4-5 hours. Aquavenure was busy despite heat lockers tiny long ques as they prioritise fast pass customers above everything leading to longer waiting times In scorching conditions if only they would do one priority and one normal it would help massivly. They give you water socks but my and children's feet were burning on the hot floor . Amazing lazy river with rapids on the best and that's including all the water parks in Florida. Good selection of slides for all family and levels of extremity.

It is a big water park with acces to the beach also. There are activities for small and big children. It is safe, a lot of staff there for our safety. The food is good. You can spend easily all day there. Very organised in the weekend with the connecting buss from parking to the water park and opposite. We stayed at Dukes The Palm hotel for 7 days in November with a large family. We liked the hotel very much, especially the sea. The sea was very beautiful, there was a beautiful view of the ocean from my room. We choose opening hours so very less crowed which is nice. There will be a introduction video and history hall before we enter to the lift to go to the view. The palm view is wonderful. make sure to bring umberla as the view is not fully covered and hot during day time.. the experiance is so-so.. as it was hot we couldnt able to spend more time at the view point.. plan evening time after the sun set if you planning to spend more time to enjoy the view

If it's a hot day be ready to be very warm up there, I think as the building is surrounded by glass it holds heat very well. There was also minimal Aircon too within the building. Also there was access to view further up but the gentleman who was sat at the entrance, told us 'i can assure you don't have tickets to go up there' this was before looking at our tickets. There was no urge to check our tickets or to provide info of if we wanted to go up further if we didn't have the correct tickets.

The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... Ticketing experience was good but as per your mail ticket will receive after 30 minutes but tickets received after 4 hours. This delay in getting tickets my plan got changed finally.

We had the most incredible desert safari experience, all thanks to Fahad! His energy, expertise, and warm personality made the adventure unforgettable. From the thrilling dune bashing to the serene camel ride, Fahad made sure every moment was fun and safe. He also clicked some amazing photos for us, capturing the beauty of the desert perfectly. Despite a few last-minute requests, Fahad happily accommodated everything with a smile. He was knowledgeable about the desert, super attentive to everyone’s needs, and had a great sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout. Highly recommend booking with Fahad if you want a top-tier desert safari!

A very nice experience. Mohammed who was with us throughout the journey was not only doing his job but made us feel welcome, appreciated, always a smile and joking around. He was more like a friend than a tour guide. Perfect!!!

We liked the aquarium and the zoo. Also we benefited from the 20 AED discount at the gift shop. The information about this discount was somehow unclear, because at some point it said that the discount should be used at the aquarium's restaurant, not the gift shop.

While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

Ticketing experience overall was excellent. The mall and underwater museum were also excellent. The Burj Khalifa was very disappointing. Endless waiting and lines. Paid premium for sunset and missed it completely. This should have mentioned. Desert Safari was excellent.

Even with skip the line tickets, we waited in queues, tour groups were given preference and by the time we reached the top, the sun had set. Disappointing for the visitors accompanying me.

I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.
