- The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
- The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
- Guests are not allowed to assign their tickets to someone else.
- All guests are required to be 18 years of age or above (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of tandem skydive.
- If the venue cancels your Skydive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.
- One-way premium transfer is available from the hotels within the following 3 zones: Zone 1 (Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay), Zone 2 (JBR, Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha), and Zone 3 (Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira)
- From Jul 8 to Aug 31, Skydive Palm dropzone will open one hour later, with the first check-in at 6am. Bookings for 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am have been rescheduled to 6am.
- These tickets can't be cancelled. However, they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the experience begins.

It was my first time and probably the best I could experience. The view was incredible from 13000feet above, can't experience anywhere else I guess. Just to give a feedback, ticket price is a little high as compared to any other place in the world.

I have paid for social media video as they promised to send in 2 hours but unfortunately they have not sent . I already paid for another vedio which they supposed to sned in 24 hours . But why they changed me for extra for immediate video which they didn't send ??? Very bad and disappointing.

This was the best experience of my life. 🤩 Everything went very smoothly, after arriving to the location I was instructed and prepared for the skydiving. There's a cafeteria where you can have some snacks while you wait for your turn. My trainer was Alex, he was really nice, professional and made me feel very safe. My photographer was also very friendly. I recommend this experience 100%.

all the adventures I've done in my life, skydive dubai, this is what I can say, it's so amazing, it's a mix of emotions that are scary, nervous, and you don't understand what else you'll feel, especially when you're on a plane and Falling from the plane was the most challenging for me but when I did it wow I was so proud of it I did it! with the help of the kind instructions of the staff especially the sky diving guy and the camera man who took the video that time...thank you so much for remarkable amazing experience in my life...i hope to see you again

I really like X Zip line .... because it was my first experience..... nd i really enjoyed that ride but this is so small ride like eye blinking nd ur ride was finished but all over good nd helpful staff i really like that ........ but the second one top of buraj khalifa it's normal not that much exaciement ...... better u can stay down nd enjoy fountain show rather than go top to buraj khalifa...... because it's not that much fun nd all ..... all over i like it 👍💞💞

This was the best experience of my life. 🤩 Everything went very smoothly, after arriving to the location I was instructed and prepared for the skydiving. There's a cafeteria where you can have some snacks while you wait for your turn. My trainer was Alex, he was really nice, professional and made me feel very safe. My photographer was also very friendly. I recommend this experience 100%.

Palm dropzone:
- The Palm dropzone operates every day from 8:00am.
- However, the payment window closes at 1:30 PM, so ensure you arrive before this time.
Desert dropzone:
- The Desert dropzone operates Wednesday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. However, the first takeoff is typically around 9:00 a.m. Participants can manifest for a load from 8:30am.
- The dropzone is closed every Monday and Tuesday.
Important note:
- The entire skydiving experience, from registration to the jump itself, can take 3 to 4 hours.
- Book your jump in advance, especially during peak season, to secure your desired location and time slot.
What to wear:
- Choose athletic clothing like leggings, joggers, or sweatpants that allow for easy movement. Avoid loose clothing or anything that could flap in the wind.
- Lace-up sneakers with good ankle support are essential for a secure jump.
- For those with glasses: While you can technically wear glasses during the jump, wearing contact lenses is highly recommended.
