    The day of your jump
    • Jump height: We offer jumps from 13,000 feet, allowing you to feel the thrill of the experience.
    • Location: Soar over the man-made wonder of the Palm Jumeirah or experience the vastness of the Dubai desert.
    • Photo & video packages: Our tickets include professional photos and videos to capture your skydiving adventure so you can forever relive the memories.
    • Booking: Book your jump online in advance to get your preferred spot during the day. Choose your preferred date, time, location, and any additional packages.
    • Eligibility: Tandem skydiving is generally open to individuals in good health between 18-65 years old (age restrictions may vary). Weight limitations are also in place, usually around 90kg (198 lbs) and a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27.5 or less for women and 100kg (220 lbs) and a BMI of 30 or less for men.
    • Health questionnaire: You'll likely be required to complete a health questionnaire before booking. If you have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before jumping.
    • Arrival: Arrive at the dropzone on time for check-in and a detailed safety briefing by your experienced instructor.
    • Gearing up: The jump coordinators will equip you with a jumpsuit, harness, and goggles for a safe and comfortable jump.
    • The jump: Experience the heart-stopping rush of freefall securely harnessed to your instructor. Enjoy the breathtaking views before the parachute deploys for a peaceful descent.
    • Landing: Your instructor will guide you for a smooth landing. A dedicated crew will be present to assist you.

    Opening hours and best time to go skydiving in Dubai

    Opening hours

    • Palm Jumeirah Dropzone: Open daily from 8am. The payment window closes at 1:30pm. Operations continue until weather conditions permit safe jumps.
    • Desert Dropzone (Seasonal): Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8am (first takeoff around 9am) and closed on Monday and Tuesday.

    Best time to go skydiving in Dubai

    Dubai experiences hot summers and mild winters. For the most comfortable experience, consider these factors:

    • Weather: Aim for clear skies and calm winds. Mornings tend to be less windy than afternoons.
    • Temperatures: The cooler winter months (November to March) offer a more pleasant experience, but jumps are available year-round.
    • Crowds: Weekdays tend to be less crowded than weekends.

    Palm Jumeirah dropzone

    Address: Located in Mina Seyahi, Dubai, the Palm Jumeirah Dropzone is easily accessible by car, taxi, or ride-sharing services like Uber or Careem. Find on map.  On-site parking is available.

    • By car: Follow Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Jumeirah. Take the exit towards Mina Seyahi (Exit 32).  Turn right onto  Al Sufouh Road and follow signs for Skydive Dubai.

    Desert dropzone

    Address: Situated further inland in the Dubai desert, offering a vast, scenic landscape. Find on map.

    • By car: Take Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) towards Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66).  Follow signs for Skydive Dubai Desert Campus. The drive is approximately 45 minutes from Dubai city center.

    Know before you go skydiving in Dubai:

    1. Age and weight requirements: The minimum age requirement is typically 18 years old (may vary by company). Weight limitations are also in place (around 90kg/198 lbs and BMI of 27.5 or less for women, 100kg/220 lbs and BMI of 30 or less for men).
    2. Medical conditions: Certain medical conditions may restrict you from skydiving. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your health, especially heart health, respiratory issues, or a history of fainting.
    3. What to wear: Comfortable, athletic clothing (sweatpants, t-shirt/long sleeve) and closed-toe shoes with good ankle support are recommended.
    4. What to eat: Eat light meals, such as cereal or smoothies before the jump. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the jump. 
    5. What to bring: ID, athletic clothing (shorts, t-shirt, leggings), closed-toe shoes with good ankle support, and your unique sense of adventure!

    Like any adventure activity, Skydiving also poses considerable risk. However, safety is a top priority, and our operators utilize state-of-the-art equipment with backups, highly trained instructors, and strict procedures to ensure a thrilling and safe jump.

    What happens if the parachute malfunctions while skydiving?

    Due to rigorous maintenance, parachute malfunctions are extremely rare. However, all jumps utilize a main parachute and a securely packed backup. Additionally, Automatic Activation Devices (AADs) are sewn into the system and designed to deploy the parachute automatically if the jumper fails at a safe altitude.

    What will happen on the day of the skydiving?

    Upon arrival at the dropzone, you'll check in and receive a detailed safety briefing from your instructor.  Then, you'll be geared up and board the aircraft for the jump. Your instructor will guide you through everything, ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience.

    Can I bring a friend or family member for tandem skydiving?

    Absolutely! While they can't jump with you, they can wait at the dropzone and watch you take the leap!

    What if I'm scared of heights?

    It's natural to feel nervous before your first skydiving experience. The instructors are experienced in helping first-timers overcome their fears and enjoy the jump. Focus on your breathing and trust your instructor to guide you safely.

    Do you offer transfers to the dropzone?

    We offer one-way transfer services to the Palm Jumeirah Dropzone for your convenience.  These transfers are available from three zones within Dubai:
    Zone 1: Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Business Bay
    Zone 2: JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence), Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha
    Zone 3: Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira
    A taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber or Careem is generally the most convenient option for the Desert Dropzone, located on the city's outskirts.

    How far are the dropzones from Dubai city center?

    We have two dropzone locations:
    Palm Jumeirah dropzone: Located in Mina Seyahi, Dubai, this location is easily accessible by car, taxi, or ride-sharing services. The drive is approximately 20 minutes from Dubai city center.
    Desert dropzone: This location offers a unique desert landscape experience but is farther from the city. Travel time is typically 45 minutes to 1 hour by car, taxi, or ride-sharing service.
