Edge Walk Terms & Condition
- Guests between ages 12-65 can participate in the Edge Walk. Minors under the age of 18 require the consent of their parent/s in person.
- This experience has height and weight restrictions. Minimum height is 135 cm, and maximum height is 200 cm. Minimum weight is 30 kg, and maximum weight is 120 kg.
- You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing for the Edge Walk experience - no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves. Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Guests should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
- Guests should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
- Guests should be free from existing or recurring injuries and medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
- The experience is restricted for pregnant guests.
- Edge Walk Experience can be cancelled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without any prior notice.
Glass Slide
- Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft), under the weight of 30kg (66.14lb), over the weight of 150kg (330.69lb), over the height of 2m (6.56ft), under the age of 12 years, and over the age of 65 years.
- Strict dress code: No skirts, dresses, high heels, shoes, or shoes with sharp metal edges that can damage the glass are allowed.
- Guests should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

A good view of Bur Kalifa! It's worth a visit to take pictures of him and yourself. The slide itself isn't very exciting, you hardly feel anything, except of course for some people who are afraid of heights and enclosed spaces, but I can assure you that it's very peaceful. It's worth it for the photo and not so much for the thrill. Tip: the walkway opposite Bur Kalifa is emptier for taking photos or videos. We went at night to get a night view, since we had climbed the Burj during the day. I believe that during the day the photos are better, but at night you can enjoy the view of the water show.

Is a very nice experience. Such a nice place to take pictures and see things from above. I had to buy the ticket for slide differently and it wasn't nice that I had to have the tickets printed.. they did it at the reception but it was like I would purchase the tickets there .. I selected inspent limited tome becaouse there is no propoer option for my exmperiences. The person who was guiding the people , just before sliding, was rude for the people, not me! But i fell myself not good. He was like comender and instructing the peope! And they were pushing pushing next one next one! , we were at there to enjoy not feel stress. This is my first in Dubai that I saw last 2 years! Photes are quite expensive, 150 AED one printed copy, when i asked is it quite expensive, answer is it is EMAAR!! What is the meanning? , i m leaving EMAAR compound, we are also happy with services in our home. I really surprised with team who are working at there.

I started this experience very quickly. Picking up the tickets at the redemption point was quick and so was the entry. At the entrance there is a very useful luggage drop off point if you come with a trolley/cart. Once on board we started a very interesting experience. There is a glass platform that allows you to see the city and street from high up. The main draw point, the glass slide, was very ok. I was scared because of height anxiety but didn't have time to feel the experience as it was very fast. I queued for about an hour for the slide but it was well worth it. I highly recommend this experience, it was over the Burj Khalifa and the price was more than cheap for what this experience included.

Great views, the glass walkway was a good experience. The queue for the slide was very long - don't understand why we needed to book for a specific time slot when we queued for over 45 mins and got to ride 30 mins after the allotted time

Not being able to confirm the ticket straightaway was a bit annoying. We didn't find out until after that we didn't get our time and had to book another but the times were gone by the time we found out. The glass slide was very underwhelming, especially having lined up for 80 minutes. Didn't realise it was so small. If we'd seen the views as the original time when it was daylight, maybe would have been better.

We got to experience everything that the desert can give us (dune bashing, camel ride, dancing, fire show, amazing food), but please note that both dune bashing and camel riding was a very short experience. As it wasn't our first time going to the desert for us it was perfectly enough and we enjoyed every minute of it. The show and the end was very entertaining. I also suggest to pay for the VIP dinner experience as you will have more time to enjoy the food.

It was fun, but we've seen better. Nice show and the people are kind, but there are a lot of people who try to sell you something, so you can't just sit and relax. Renting a quad is expensive because they let you ride only in the circle. Dinner is really average. But the communication was ok and pick up and drop off are really convenient thing.

The wow factor as you walk into the hotel is an understatement. The tour guides were very friendly and informative. The royal suite reminded me very much of elvis and Graceland . Once the tour itself was good, I was dissapointed with the receptionist, I purchased the drink gold cappucino with my cc, my receipt showed 175 dirham equal to $47 but when I got home my statement showed $136, I don't know what to do, I tried to email them but no response. So this issue really ruin my experience at Burj Al Arab, what a shame.

We visited the burj al Arab on the guided tour . Very informative looking at the museum how the hotel was built , and the history of the hotel . We also had access to the royal suite which was stunning ! Gold in all the rooms and even on my coffee Definitely would recommend seeing this amazing hotel

Too much posing for photos and irrelevant video to try and get more money and cost of these was ridiculous. More interested in making money than showing us the hotel. Ticketing experience was smooth got the tickets as soon as I booked them. Review of the tour: We booked a full day trip to Abu Dhabi through 360 Adventures, it was a smooth experience, our captain and tour guide were right on time for pickup, very patient and courteous with us as we were running a bit late to hop on the bus( due to back to back full day tours and exhaustion from long travel) but they were super accommodating and understanding and waited patiently for the extra 10 mins we took. Through our journey, our tour guide Haider told us about all the important information and history related to our tour, it wasn't some boarding speech that you generally hear in tour but all interesting and relevant information. Upon arrival at the mosque again Haider and his other colleague helped ensure that all the guests were in appropriate attire to comply with mosque dress code just to avoid any surprises at the security, I must say that mosque security is very strict about dress code for women, not even slightly short sleeves or see through clothes would pass. The other guy did all the running and got us the right abaya's to enter the mosque, taking the hassle out for their group guests. Grand mosque was the highlight of the tour and very beautiful. I highly recommend these guys to take your Abu dhabi tour with, very professional. The last thing that actually made me book through them was the fact that they do pickup and drop off from your hotel and not to a general meetup point, which is a huge relief.

The tour was perfect and so was the tour guide Karam- explained everything you asked and was friendly. Only thing that ruined our trip was the China family, the father decided to vomit in the car even though he had a chance to do it inside the bag. Later they complained about the tour guide that why he didn't stop the car but they never asked him to do so. They should have been thrown out of the tour beacuse of their attitude but as i noticed it wasn't up to the tour guide.

Our guide Ahmed was superb. He guided us about the tourist attractions, have shared useful knowledge and facts regarding different attractions, histry of UAE and 7 emirates, etc. He was quite calm and patient and friendly. He was also answering all our specific queries regarding dates, pearl and many other things. It was amazing. Only thing I didn't like is that I didn't receive call well ahead only an email around 6 pm on previous day about pick up time which was 1 hour prior to menioned time on the scheduled day.

While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

We got to experience everything that the desert can give us (dune bashing, camel ride, dancing, fire show, amazing food), but please note that both dune bashing and camel riding was a very short experience. As it wasn't our first time going to the desert for us it was perfectly enough and we enjoyed every minute of it. The show and the end was very entertaining. I also suggest to pay for the VIP dinner experience as you will have more time to enjoy the food.

We loved being up on levels 234 and 125. We were not impressed at the length of time we spent lining up despite having booked for 5 and being there 30 minutes early. We missed the sunset. Either too many people were booked st that time or the times were not checked. It was a long time in a queue with little care re if anyone was t feeling well etc.

Our combo was perfect..The Burj Khalifa, we went at 8:00 am we were few and we enjoyed for 2 hours then we continued with the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo which is in the same place..it's a beautiful aquarium..the next day we did the Desert Safari ..a unique experience ... well organized ... thanks to our driver who also made this moment unique ... I recommend this combo which is for Dubai an unbeatable value for money ... and very well organized with a permanent contact for the walk in the dessert.

The wow factor as you walk into the hotel is an understatement. The tour guides were very friendly and informative. The royal suite reminded me very much of elvis and Graceland . Very bright and colourful, and very gold . The gold cappuccino was a very nice touch and an exceptional view of the gulf coast and other hotels . Most expensive cup of coffee I've ever had but well worth it .

We visited the burj al Arab on the guided tour . Very informative looking at the museum how the hotel was built , and the history of the hotel . We also had access to the royal suite which was stunning ! Gold in all the rooms and even on my coffee Definitely would recommend seeing this amazing hotel
